Triomotion

The MC403 is a high specification Motion Coordinator using a high performance ARM11 processor, with three flexible axis ports and two Voltage outputs.

Powerful, compact and flexible, the Flex-6 Nano is an integrated EtherCAT solution offering up to 64 Axes of motion. It is expandable through the matching Flexslice range of Input, Output and Axis modules.

The Euro404 and Euro408 Motion Coordinators are designed to provide a powerful yet cost effective control solution for OEM machine builders that are prepared to mount the unit and provide the power supplies required.

The Flexslice system begins with the coupler. The coupler is connected to the network via the upper Ethernet interface. The lower RJ45 socket may be used to connect further EtherCAT devices in the same strand.

The Trio CAN8 Relay module offers a compact DIN rail mounted relay output expansion capability for all Trio Motion Coordinators.

The Trio CAN16 Output module offers a compact DIN rail mounted output expansion capability for all Trio Motion Coordinators.

The Trio CAN 16-IN / 16-OUTDigital module provide up to 256 distributed input channels and 256 distributed output channels, giving a total of 512 independent I/O channels at 24Vdc level.

Our new P374 2 Axis Servo slice will click-in to our EtherCAT Flexslice I/O range as well as the 64 axis Flex-6 Nano Motion Coordinator. The slice will enable integration of non-EtherCAT servo drives, stepper drives and encoders.

The P378 Flexslice 8 Analogue Output module has eight programmable voltage range output terminals, each digitised to a resolution of 12 bit.
